The role 


We’re searching for an experienced and motivated Project Manager, professionally qualified to manage corporate and digital projects for a period of 12 months to cover maternity leave. You are passionate about keeping projects on time and on budget, ensuring projects are delivered to a high quality.

Your post will be based in one of our well-located offices in Edinburgh or Glasgow. At present, our entire workforce of around 300 professionals are able to work remotely from home using our resilient and high quality remote digital platform. When our office re-open, the Edinburgh office is within 15 minutes walking distance from both Waverley and Haymarket stations, and our Glasgow office is just minutes walk from Queen Street station.

More about you 


Our innovative Digital Services Team are looking to add a full time Digital Project Manager to the team for a 12 month period to cover maternity leave. The right candidate will be an experienced Project Manager, professionally qualified to manage our corporate and digital projects. You will have experience with ISO27001 and know how to use SharePoint Online as well as Office 365. A key responsibility of the role is owning and managing Audit Scotland’s Information Security Management System (ISMS). 


Specific Knowledge and experience... 



  • Qualified Project Manager, using Agile project methodology concepts throughout the project lifecycle. 

  • Managing our ISMS and ensuring Audit Scotland’s ISO27001 certification continues to be achieved is critical to this role. 

  • Motivated and driven to oversee and manage multiple corporate and technical projects, ensuring that they are delivered on time, to budget and to a high quality. 

  • Understanding of IT environments, the terminology used and the requirements to deliver technical projects. 

  • Excellent planning and communication skills.

  • Producing high quality reports and presenting the data to business group representatives. 

  • Performing data analysis and presenting recommendations or highlighting exceptions.
